Mods not showing in game

Question

I have a lot of mods downloaded. But, for some reason the game is not noticing the mod files when I load in. What could be wrong? All the mod files I can access are in the first photo. There's only three

Are all of your Mods up to date? once you have double checked (list here). Included with the list are ways to troubleshoot your game.&nbsp;
