mods not showing up in the sims and I have tried everything
my mods wont show up I have watched video's and everting and nothing works I have tried to uninstall the game and that did work pleases help!!!

@waltmia32 Please post a screenshot of the contents of the folder that contains your mods, as in, I want to see the mod files themselves.
- @waltmia32 Have you tried opening the files rather than just downloading them? I've found the "One File" app is the best for unzipping mod files as it is approved by microsoft.

Not all CC/Mods are zipped, they may be directly downloaded as .package or .TS4script files which cannot be opened and don't need to be (unless you're using S4S which isn't relevant here). Unzipping is only relevant if they have been compressed in some form.Did you check the box 'enable custom content and mods' in the game options?
