LilyfrostTheMed More Columns didn't need updating for this patch, though you might have needed to update it if your version was from a few patches ago. See the current Broken and Updated Mods and CC lists.
Are you using anything like OneDrive or iCloud? Those can cause you problems. Take a screenshot of your Mods folder, including the whole box of info, not just what's inside the folder. I want to see the full path name.
