Have you updated UI Cheats? The patch broke it so you'll need to update to version 1.28.1. The latest version of MCCC 2021.3.2 is fine and did not need to be updated this time. I use both of them as well as several other mods and I have no issues with the UI for the holidays so far. I haven't tried the scenarios yet nor have I gone to work in one of the active careers either so I don't know how the UI is in those cases.
