Mods

Hello, I have a problem with mods, it's been here for around an year or more. The problem is my mods folder doesn't update. It means that whenever I download a new mode, it doesn't show up in game. Same with deleting, when I delete a mode it also isn't deleted from game. I already even tried uninstalling the game and downloading it again but nothing changed, my old mods are still here. I also tried fixing the game countless times and still nothing.
