Moodlets are Blue Squares & Sim Picture Missing & Sim Actions Missing

Hi, I have mods just to let you know but I can't get rid of this! I exited CAS and my moodlets were blue squares and the sim picture was gone, as well as the actions bar is clear and missing. Although when I go into build mode and exit, the screen has no icons except the build mode button which is grayed out, main menu button, and there's a invisible spot between the build mode button and another button which is supposed to be the manage worlds button. If I have more than one sim in my household and I switch to the other sim, the other sim not selected has the white square around the sims but the sim I select has no action bar and no sim picture.
