more names for german language

I want to add some first and last names to the german Sims 4. The Deviloper have not add many names, some names are even strange like 'Bruno'.
I could export the DATA for the Townies and find the XML. Now I don't know how I correctly add new names.
I understand t and /t is for a now Object, but where begins the tag for the german game?
