More than One Accessory Per Category Mod?

Does anyone know if there's a mod to allow more than one accessory per category? I have the 3D eyelashes from Kijiko but they're under glasses. It's frustrating cause I have to choose if I want a Sim ...

It's updated to Nov 11, 2017 just like all of his other lashes.
