r58hgzkm6882 The "folder already exists" error is because there's already a "The Sims 4" folder where you're telling Command Prompt to create the symlink. The system won't allow two files or folders with exactly the same name in the same location. So move or rename that folder, the one in Documents > Electronic Arts, and try creating the symlink again.
