Multiple CC/Mod issues

@Pauline241202 Sims 4 Mod Manager is known to cause problems with having multiple mod versions because it renames mods. I strongly advise not using it.
I think that what you really need to do now is to start a fresh Mods folder that no program will rename files in.
- Delete Sims 4 Mod Manager
- Rename your Mods folder something like OLD MODS. You'll still have those around to use later.
- In the Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 folder, delete all the cache and exception files: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
- Start Sims 4. This will generate a new Mods folder.
- Find that new folder. It will be empty except for a Resource.cfg file dated today.
- If you want to move that elsewhere with a simlink, do that now.
- Next, go to your Curseforge app and make sure it's pointed to the new Mods folder.
Next, let's get you some mods installed in that new folder.
Because that mod manager program may well have renamed a lot of your mods causing you to have duplicates, I recommend using your renamed Old Mods folder as a reference for which mods you had but downloading fresh copies. The other reason for that is the tunable.perf error.
That tunable.perf error comes from mods that have a .ts4script file that was updated for the December 5 patch but not reupdated for the February 28 patch. Any .ts4script mod from before December 28 or after February 28 won't have this issue.
