My cc and Sims are gone! help?

So i mostly play with cc and so most of my sims have it, after my EAapp did the auto update and now almost everything is gone i have maybe a shirt or tattoo of my cc but everything is gone, I've tried resting/repairing i have all my packs i got but no cc and like i said all my characters are gone and i don't know how to get them back! i delete script mods. I've tried downloading new CC and its still not showing up I've done the setting thing where you turn it off and on still nothing please help!
