My game freezes on start up loading screen

my game has 12803 custom content and mods combined I'm really trying to avoid deleting everything. I am very up to date with my mods so I am not sure what could be the issue since my game had ran perfectly before i restored my settings to default. Once that happened my game wont open or it will take 10 minutes to open. Someone please help!!!!!!! I have tried vanilla and the game opens up fine :c
