My game isn’t working pls help me!

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Idk I have a lot :/ but to summarize it. For EP: I have all except high school years, horse ranch and for rent GM: all except home decorations (or whatever it’s called) and Star Wars Stuff packs: I have all except romantic garden, Home chef hustle, paranormal, fitness, perfect patio. KITS: I only have Pastel pop kit, desert luxe, first fits, little campers, modern menswear and fashion street kit and that’s it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? IDK check my save file? I can send my save file or the whole sims game file from my computer and y’all can check if there’s a bug or a corrupted file or idk, something? Since I assume it has something to do with the game and not the EA app etc etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn’t let me play 🙂 idk if this is a bug, but I can’t play my game at all. I can’t edit sims, I can’t play households, I can’t make a new game, I can’t enter cas, I cannot do ANYTHING. I can’t even save my game!!!! What do you expect to see? A working game? 🙂 I’m expecting to see the game working properly, being able to play households, being able to save, being able to go to cas and edit my sims and save them. I am NOT expecting to see a never ending loading screen or loading things displayed in my screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It was the new for rent patch (idk which date but the most recent one of December, 2023.
Idk what’s going on, my game was working fine before until the new patch got released and it messed my game.
I can’t play at all, and I already tried everything. I even repaired the game and took out all of the cc and mods but still nothing. It doesn’t let me play, it doesn’t let me save, CAS isn’t working and I can’t edit any sim. And when I try editing sim, it doesn’t save the outfit and then the sim disappears. I can’t do anything.
I don’t understand what’s wrong. I even uninstalled it but nothing. I attached some screenshots, this is the only thing that appears in my game. It’s just a loading screen and it takes FOREVER. It’s a never ending load, it never stops loading and doesn’t show anything. It keeps telling me error?????
this is a HUGE problem in cas, because that (picture) little loading thing at the bottom that displays which sim you selected to edit, it never stops not loading and I can’t edit the sim at all. And if I do, the sim disappears (like it’s gone.)
I cant even start a new game. It doesn’t let me. When I tried making a new game, it actually lagged so bad and it made it worse. And it’s weird cause I only have ONE save file. So I don’t understand the problem. I just want my game fixed ☹️ I miss playing the game and rn this is the only thing that calms me down and relax me (since the holidays are almost here) so it’s URGENT for me to get my game fixed!!!! This is stressing me out:/ I don’t understand what happened to it. It was working fine weeks ago.
