My game keeps crashing after 20 or 30 minutes of gameplay.

My game keeps crashing after 20 or 30 minutes of gameplay. I've repaired the game in EA, made sure mods are updated, reorganized CC. At this point I'm at a loss and really looking for help.

I did what was suggested, and it seemed to run fine, and then I added things back slowly. Now, it seems like it crashes when I travel to new lots and play in the new lots for some reason.

    Whenver I add in any CC or Mods it crashes when I try to make my sims to marry, or move out a household, or when traveling to new lots. Even it was updated and double checked. I was doing the 50/50 method and still having issues whenever I tried to do those actions.
