my game version file missing and even after restarting it doesnť make a new

My game version file is missing and even after restarting it's not showing up. My saves dissapeared and I can't use mods because of that. Do you know hat can I do with that?

My game file is also missing but all my mods are still working apart from MC Command Centre.
