My game won’t load

I keep on getting error code 

110:704163:5c231b09 on my sims 4and it’s saying that a relaunch is recommended I’ve literally tried everything and nothings working I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the game but it’s still saying the same thing this is really upsetting because I’ve spent over 4 hours playing today and all that progress and edits I’ve made are gone
