My household and house disappeared

I got the new update for sims 4 but after the update completed 2 of my households and their houses disappeared, I designed a house that was given in the game (added items and a few extra room) and my household wasn't in the house, same thing for my second household I added a house from my gallery (no CC) and my sims were gone, lot completely empty. I have my all my sims saved in gallery but only when I first created them. I have screenshots in the photo gallery of their existence but how do I get them back to how they were before?

I always saved when I went to main menu, if i was switching into another household, or to exit the game. I don't understand what happened... Just want them back and with their previous progress, would cry If I have to start all over again.

Another note: All my households (sims not houses/items) have CC on but I found it weird that out of all my households with CC, 2 of them disappeared and they were my first two households at that ☹️
