My infants are never born with birth marks or skin details

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except kits and Batuu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Having an infant.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no birthmarks or skin details by default.
What do you expect to see? Occasional birth marks on infants by default.

Please describe the patch or change you made. The day infants were added to the game.
Ever since infants were added to the game I've seen many fellow simmers have babies and age them into infants and the infant already has birth marks by default. I've had well over 100 infants/babies in my game since march and I havent had a SINGLE baby born with birth marks. Yes, i am able to add them manually in CAS just fine, but i would love to have these already on the babies when they're born. I've tested in vanilla game as well, still no luck. Even when randomizing infants in CAS none of them have birth marks. I really feel like im missing out and im not sure if theres something in my game that is preventing infants from having skin details by default. Has anyone else dealt with this? Anyone have any recommendations?
