my mods wont show up

Today I loaded into my game after previously have mod issues to them suddenly being fixed so I'm like great, then I go into CAS and notice there's no cc so then I check if my mods are disabled in settings, and they're not, weird, then I go to play a save and none of my cc and mods are showing up then I check if my mods are disabled again (in settings) but they're once again not and now I'm stuck and I've checked if everything is in the right spot in my actual files and they are so I don't know what to do and I cant live without my mods, and this is the first time something like this has happened to me.

please help

  • If the setting in settings menu is correct and the mods are in right place, then nothing should be preventing your mods from being in the game.

My only advice here is doublecheck everything, maybe add some screenshots of your settings and where you have your mods sitting for others here to doublecheck for you, and to delete the localthumbcache.package file just in case you didn't do that step after putting mods back into your game.

Show the actual contents inside that mods folder so we can see structure.

Also if you click the "view custom content" button, is anything listed there?

Okay good. ALWAYS delete that file when changing mods (adding/removing or updating your mods).

It forces game to reprocess your mods loadout.
