What you have happening is certainly a mod issue since it doesn't happen when you remove mods. You're going to have to go through your mods and find the problem file and either remove it or update it. In your case, it is probably a mod that adds a trait to the reward panel so I would start with any of those you have that do that. Then move on to the rest.
