My Sim can't travel

I don't know if I'm the only one, but as soon as I try to make my Sim travel, it gets stuck on the loading screen. Also, the family picture doesn't load—neither in the family tree nor when you click ...

    I use mods and cc, but I turned out it was my file that didn't work. Other files do work. I am sorry for the inconvience. This post can be closed. :-)
