@gdg6j5pnaa89 Hello! Since you have removed mods/CC, I suggest deleting the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing. Sometimes that cache file can carry effects from mods/CC. Let us know if you're still having the problem.
@gdg6j5pnaa89 Apologies! I think you edited your post as I was writing my reply. When testing mods/CC a 50/50 method works best. Try these steps...
1. Divide your mods/CC in half and put one half back into the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 / Mods folder (maybe make another folder on your desktop to help keep tested mods separated).
2. Delete the localthumbcache.package file again, before opening the game with the half you're testing,
3. If the game works with that half, test with the other half. (Again, delete that cache file before opening)
4. Once you know which half is causing the issue, divide those in half and test again (delete the cache file again).
5. Repeat the process until you find the culprit.
I know this can be really tedious but it will be worth the effort to get your game working properly.

Is it like when you click on a computer, nothing comes up?
Do you have the mod Andriz Better Pie Menu? if so, you have to make sure it's installed correctly, as I had a similar problem as I couldn't use the laptop after I installed it
The Andirz_BetterPieMenu_v.2.0.1_CORE.package has to be in the TS4/ Mods Folder, it can't be in any subfolders.
You can place the reorganization package, its ts4.script purchase overhaul in a separate folder in Mods (Ex: /Sims 4/Mods/[Andirz] BetterPieMenu)If done correctly, it should work properly
TL;DR
Just Place the "Andirz_BetterPieMenu_v.2.0.1_CORE.package" in the main Mod folder where you see the resource.cfg and its 3 files named as such.
Andirz_BetterPieMenu_v.2.0.1_Reorganization.ts4script
Andirz_BetterPieMenu_v.2.0.1_Reorganization.package
Andirz_BetterPieMenu_v.2.0.1_AddOn_PurchasingSystemOverhaul.package (minus the Basemental and WW Hiders if you don't use those mods and its README.txt)
If you don't have said mod, you can just ignore this message.
Yes i had the pie menu mod and when i uninstalled it the problem solved thank u
@gdg6j5pnaa89I'm really glad @Neechan1's solution worked for you. Maybe consider giving them XP and also marking the post as the solution so others will know? Happy Simming! :-)
