My sim keeps changing into random clothing

I’m playing a sim from the gallery and I’ve noticed that sometimes when she changes her clothes automatically (when she goes to work for example) she changes into a random outfit that I haven’t set for her. I’m not using any mods or anything yet but I did want to and this is making me not want to lol
