My Sims 4 control panel disappeared in Build mode!

My Sims 4 control panel disappeared in Build mode! And whenever i exit to main world my screen just goes completely black. I didn't hit tab and my mods are up to date. I've repaired it several times ...

@Altheeeaq Many mods are newly broken, so having the most recent version doesn't mean you won't have issues. Please test with no mods - drag the folder to your desktop and delete localthumbcache.
