my sims 4 keeps crashing at the loading screen after i added new cc

hello i am having a very annoying problem with my sims 4 digital deluxe. Two or three hours ago it was completely fine i was creating a sim and i noticed that i needed more cc so i saved and closed ...

There are issues with Monterey and the game - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/macOS-Monterey-and-new-Sims-4-update-crashing-problems/m-p/10942620#M48494

but your issue is undoubtedly related to the CC as you didn't have a problem before adding more. Trash the localthumbcache.package file then try loading the game without the CC.
