my sims are at random heights HELP

i don’t really know what happened but after downloading some cc, i went on my game and some of my sims are abnormally tall and i can’t make it normal again. i have a height slider but it stopped working after this weird glitch and idk what to do. i tried deleting sliders i thought were the problem but it hasn’t worked. somebody please help 🙁
