MY Sims are bald and naked.

Question

For the last couple of weeks, my sims have been bald and naked. I have tried to restart the game several times. It does not help. It also says that there are expansion packs unavailable. I am in no way tech savvy, so please help me.&nbsp;

@nogamer18&nbsp;When there is a patch mods and CC are disabled. There is a popup that warns you of this. That means that if you load your game before enabling it (after first updating any that are outdated) all CC in your game is removed. If you save like this the change is permanent.
