I don't know how to mark this as solved but I figured it out. It was some custom careers, what I don't understand is they were marked as updated. Oh well
mommysimmer87 Not all custom careers are updated for the patch yet. Any that aren't cleared as compatible and don't have an update should be removed. Use only the ones cleared as compatible or updated for the patch.
