@mya98 , are the mods you are downloading up to date with the latest game updates? If they aren't, that could be why you are having problems. Also, be sure to delete the localthumbcache.package file. in the game folder. This is important because bits of corrupted data can remain in these files even if you update your Mods to the most current version. The localthumbcache.package file can be found in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.

This may not be the cause of your problem, but it is worth checking and trying. 😉 If this isn't what is causing your problem, then hopefully we can still help you solve it! 🤞 I tried both options, but sadly none of them worked, any other ideas?

@mya98 , it would be really helpful in trying to troubleshoot this for you if you could tell us what Mods you are trying to use.
Different Mods effect different aspects of the game, so in order to help you we need to know what you are trying to use.
