My sims can't interact with anything

Hi! I just wanted to play some sims after doing my cc shopping and noticed my sims wont interact with any objects. I do have cc and mods.Just 3 days ago it was completely fine, but when i joined today i noticed my sims custom career was removed(TUMBLING TOTS DAYCARE CAREER). First I tried moving them to another household and it worked (kinda), then i moved them back into their house and it was bugged. The second time i removed all the new cc i got + updated all my mods and it still didnt work. The third time i repaired my game and removed my entire mods folder and playing the game was fine, however i have over 3000 mods/cc files and dont want to play without them. Did this happen to anyone recently? If so how can i repair this and maybe keep my mods folder. Could this have happend because of the new update? I need help PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

    @ALEXsofia_alexa That does point to that build being the issue, unfortunately. You might try saving it to your gallery, bulldozing the lot (if it's not a penthouse or dorm or Residential Rental), then re-placing it from the Library.

    @ALEXsofia_alexa Just to be clear, you have updated your game with the most recent e-patch, yes? If so, then hopefully someone has encountered a similar issue and identified the culprit, but if not, you may need to use the 50-50 method with your mods to narrow down which one is causing the issue. Do you happen to get a LE or anything like that which might help you pinpoint the problem mod?

    Hi !. Yes i did update the game with the latest patch+ updated all of my mods and removed some of them.The only notification i get is from an error in mccc but i dont think its from that as i always get it and the game runs just fine. So i ve tried a couple of things and after i moved them in another house (which also has cc in it) they were able to interact with objects, however when i tried to put their own house on the lot i got the problem back. What could be the problem?;i've tried replacing some things with base game stuff but they seem to not want to do anything in the house i spent 4 days building.

    @ALEXsofia_alexa You could still have outdated mods/CC. Many, many mods that have no reports on them yet are actually broken. Please test vanilla:  Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

    Hi!! I dont have my saves backed up, and yes i updated my mods ( i dont have many scripted mods so i can easily keep track of them). I tried what you told me and the game ran just fine but again when i tried placing the house i ve built just for them they didnt want to do anything . They will intwract with the same objects as long as they re not on the lot/house. I also dont belive it s a routing erorr as they can get to the objects. I guess i might just have to build a different house for them if i dont find the cause of this ://

    Yup! I did that, buldozed the lot and my game is back to normal! Tysm for all the help!
