My teens switched identities?!

Opened my game and realized my teens switched names, appearance and family trees. The way I customized them is the same but just switched. I don’t know how to fix it?! I tried to use MC Cas copy/paste to fix it but you can only copy one sim. Like I can copy one sims and paste on another sim but I can’t copy both and switch them back. Do anyone know a way to switch them back? Please 😫🙏🏾
