My UI disappears after I leave build mode or travel somewhere. Pls HELP!!

How often does the bug occur? Every time
What is your current game version number? I'm not sure how to find it.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base game, Snowy Escape, Seasons, Home Chef Hustle Pack, Holiday Celebration Pack, High School Years, Discover University, Get To Work, Life of the Party Digital Content & Up All Night Digital Content.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to build mode, exit. Also, travel anywhere.
What happens when the bug occurs? The UI and the manage world button disappears. Also can't click on sims, environment, everything.
What do you expect to see? the UI and the manage world button is not disappearing after I left build mode and be able to travel and click on sims and everything.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I did. But I did experiments based on a thread I found (link at the end & extra explanation).
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? It occurred after I bought "Seasons" and "Home Chef Hustle Pack", otherwise I had no problem before then. The update for the cozy celebrations started too.

In the same game file, I made a brand new single sim and it was fine. Then I followed the instructions (from the link). I tested all the mods and there's nothing wrong. It was when I had more than six mods (cc or script) that the bug would start. I also tested one sim (with mods) vs 7 sims. The 7 sims showed the bug (this is with mods) the 7 sims were ok without the mods.
