Need Help Finding Hair

I'm dying to find this gorgeous hair! The rest of the CC would be nice to know, too, but especially the hair. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

    I couldn't seem to find the exact match, I found some similar hairs but not the one I'm after. I did have a look on a few sites too and used lots of keywords. Posting here was sort of my last resort :p
