Need help game won't load worlds

My wife is having a bit of an issue with Sims 4, she was able to play fine last night woke up this morning and hopped on and couldn't play because it kept giving ("Exception raised while processing zone spin up sequence") while trying to resume her game. Her game is heavily modified, and my first thought was to take it back to base game by cutting the mods from the folder and sticking them in a temp folder planning to load them in one by one if it were the mods but no dice, it appears to be base game issue. I then tried repairing the game and no dice again it didn't change anything. I've looked at the last exception file but it all honestly looks like ancient Greek to me I was hoping you all could help us out here and possibly know what's going on?

Fixes Tried:

Double checked for updated drivers all around no success

pulled mods to temp folder no success

went back to base game with no success

checked firewall everything is good

repaired game to no success again.
