It might be a custom traits/aspirations that is causing the problem. Try removing all of your traits/aspirations from your mod folder then delete your cache folder and your localthumbcache.package file and see if the error still occurs. if it does, or if you get a new one try posting to

If it doesn't, you can add your traits/aspirations back into your game in small batches or one by one to see which one was the culprit then see if it needs updating.
