As of last week, anytime I log into the Sims 4, my Sims have disappeared from the lower left corner. The needs panel also disappeared. I also cannot click on the gallery or exit the game (I have to restart my computer to exit). I have tried removing my mods completely, deleting the cache, deleting recent saves, and repairing add-ons through the EA app and this problem still hasn't fixed itself. A screenshot showing what the game looks like has been added.
I followed instructions and still have the error.

I deleted all the mods out of the Sims 4 folder again (and moved them to my desktop). I tried a brand new save. I still have this problem. I do not see any new UI exceptions this time. I included a screenshot of the Sims 4 folder for proof. The "mod" folder reappeared, but only had the Resource.cfg in it.
These are all modded.
Please delete all the ones you currently have, move your mods folder to the desktop again and test a new save, check for new UI exceptions.
Then please upload them to a third party site and link instead of posting screenshots as only half of the report is visible that way.

I don't think the photo properly uploaded to my post, but this is what my game looks like. I can't click on anything but the Sims themselves still move around (the game isn't frozen). I also cannot click on anything to the upper right. The whole screen will become black and not load if I press on "Manage Worlds".
