New issue, possible ui mod incompatibility?

Ran into this issue recently in my game. Seems like a missing texture or ui mod incompatibility. I have updated all major mods and ui mods, also repaired my game. Still no luck. Any ideas on what may cause this or what other mods I should be looking at?
