New size down cheat not working

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: Get to Work, City Living, Get Together. Game Packs: Parenthood, Spa Day, Vampires, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Size down cheat not working
What happens when the bug occurs? Size down cheat not working. When pressing thre open bracket ] nothing happens, the objects mantains its size. Size up key works fine as well as other hotkeys.
What do you expect to see? Size down working
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Lastest patch, 11/07/2017

Hey, so I've installed the latest patch and the new size down cheat is not working at all. Everything else seems to work fine except that. I've tried cleaning up my cache, clean rebooting the computer, repairing the game through Origin, starting a new save game and nothing happened.

I also removed all mods and cc before booting the game, so that should not be an issue.

What can I do to make it work?

    It is a keyboard issue, I tried ctrl+´ and shitf+´ and they both worked!

    I am brazillian like nannybells, so that might be a keyboard layout issue.

    However, as I said before the [ bracket works just fine to size up objects, and the ] bracket does nothing. It doesn't size down scaled up objects, and it doesn't shrink regular sized objects.

    I did try to test other keys to see if maybe it was some place else but none worked out.

    When I get home tonight I'll try to change my keyboard settings to an american keyboard and test it out.

    Thank you for the suggestions, I'll give an update here if it works.

    I had this issue to, and I'm from Belgium so I think it's all European keyboards

    how did you fix it with the belgian keyboard? because it's still not working for me and i've about tried everything
