Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

every other save file works but this one

@LucyLovesMarvel Thanks! Okay, it's not 100% clear that your issue is caused by a mod -- many last exception are a result of game issues, not mod issues. But start with these things, some of which are listed in Broken/Updated Mods & CC :

• Some of your MSQSims holiday traditions (like many custom holiday traditions mods) have tuning errors. If you've been using these in the holiday calendar, they could be the cause of your last exception. You might need to do a "Save As" after removing them. The file is noting this for traditions involving cooking and baking.
• Go to the section in the html page about duplicates, and delete the duplicate files. You have a LOT of them. That includes duplicate script files. You might do the *next* step first, though, to make that easier.
• Because you tend to download lots from each creator, I strongly advise reorganizing your mods by creator, not by the mod purpose. You'll end up with fewer duplicates because all of one creator will be in one folder. This is a very good time to do that. This is especially because some duplicates have different names - for example, you have a Tryllke top that's duplicated but one has a 1 in parentheses in the name. Having all her stuff in one folder would help you skim down and see that problem. Also you have two different versions of a UTOPYA mod and old and new files for an AlainBM mod.
• Delete all KatieMods files - they're broken
• Delete aom's Selectable Pets - it's broken. Try the one by charitycodes instead.
• MC Command Center is not showing its script files. Delete it and redownload, and make sure it's all installed only one folder deep
• You have a lot of build/buy content. Run a batch fix for DX11 on Sims 4 Studio. Be sure to first temporarily move any default replacement CC out of the Mods folder. The alternative is to do a 50-50 on all that build/buy (if you still have issues after everything else), and that's a LOT of b/b to do it on. Better to learn how to run an S4S batch fix if you haven't done one before.
• Delete and redownload your Kijiko eyelash remover - pretty sure that's an older version you have
• You have a water dispenser file with lots of special characters in the name. Delete the special characters from the file name.
• You have a Spanish translation of Realistic Zodiac Signs but you don't have the mod it's translating.
• I think your Bienchen and Simvasion hospital fix mods might conflict with each other. Double check what they do and pick one.
