New update, adult sims cant interact with each other, only toddlers/infants

Since the new update, my game has had a ton of issues. The main issue being my young adult sims cannot interact with each other via left click, but can interact with themselves, toddlers and babies. Right click works just fine, it's only left click to bring up interactions. I've tried removing gameplay mods but nothing has solved it. I'm assuming its cc or another mod, if anyone has had this problem and solved it please let me know!
