Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
I did a vanilla test and my worlds are still not available
Please try a Game Repair
