Newest Update (10/22) Broke My Game AGAIN...

I use mods too and all I know is my game was working perfectly before this latest update. Now when I try and load my game and IF I can even get my house to load, my sofas and counters and desks are gone and it's not allowing me to place them back down. OR I can't see my family or select anything. Whenever there is a problem I usually take hours out to check my mods FIRST and if I find something that's not right, I will take it out completely. I've invested a lot of hours and money into the Sims over the years and I'm just disgusted with how these updates just ruin everything but yet EA is always coming out  with more expansion packs to make more money.  I don't like using the content that comes with the game because it's just very ugly and unappealing to me. Ugly molded clay looking hair that doesn't move. Fat chunky looking furniture that doesn't even really match with anything. Drab looking clothing that I wouldn't even put my grandmother in, and she's dead. People want nice looking content that's more realistic. I'm so glad Inzoi came along and I honestly can't wait until it's up for sale because I for one will definitely be playing it. I'm done wasting money and hours on The Sims 4. 

It getting to the point now where I play now with the bare minimum of mods. Now it's utility mods and a few CC. 

After the 10/22/2024 update my game is completely broken. It shut off after I finally got to go into game and I lost everything I just did.  There is no available mod list on the main game page to choose to use mods or not is has disappeared!! There are white zaps at the bottom of the computer screen on and off while I am in game and takes forever to do anything!!  How could the mod list not be available anymore??? That is huge, plus freezing play I got a new butler when I already had one that ended up turning into a regular sim that I had to make leave by being mean!!! It is so frustrating!! I have played the sims since the Sims 1 came out and have paused playing because of things like this happening and loading screens being extra long when things are broken as well!!  I also repaired the game several times and it hasn't fixed the white zaps or replacing the mod list to chose to play with either!! So I am playing without mods while all of these issues are happening!

Updating MODs is just part of using them. 

If you don't want to bother maintaining the mods you use, then don't use them or you will have these struggles Every Game Update. 

Also, if you use mods and then remove them because a game update broke them, depending on the mods, you may not be able to continue your save game and will have to start over with a new game. 

This is just the nature of Modding software. 

I am having the same issues! EVERY SINGLE TIME! I updated the mods that are already available and fixed but NONE of my build items are showing up. It seems as though my other mods are working besides my build cc. Truthfully, I am also more of a build and buy girlie so I don't really mind having to wait for the other mods. I just want to be able to build. After all the money I have spent on this game it is getting very frustrating. Inzeo needs to come out already. It is an even more realistic version of the sims. It took me a while to get the hang of building in the sims so to learn another game will take some time lol.
