@AceJuly28 Did you end up doing a factory reset like @crinrict suggested? I'm having the exact same issue as you and have tried about every solution in the book except this one. I'm hoping you had some luck?
- @crinrict I did your suggestion of doing a new game/save with a random couple and it seemed to work, even with cc and everything... I then went back to my problematic save and it's still doing the same thing of my female sim freezing at the hospital/not giving birth and going back to normal/as if she was never pregnant in the first place. I have 7 sims total in my household, with one of them being a dog. Not sure if this is the problem/a weird glitch?
