No "Make drink" interaction at bar

I do have mods but I tested without it before making this post.

I was playing with one of my vampire sims and got to level 11 in vampire lore so I could make the sunlight reversal cocktail. But when I clicked on the bar there was no interaction to make drinks. I could practice making drinks, tend the bar and only make his favourite drink. I really wanted to be able to make the sunlight reversal cocktail so he can go out during the day. I know there is a sun resistant power but that would kinda defeat the purpose of my challenge. I tried to go to other households to try but still the same issue. When around other sims I do get the "make drink for" interaction but there is no interaction to make a drink for themselves. I have seen him do it autonomously though.

Any help would be appreciated.
