No more waste manager

I don't want the waste manager to appear in my game. Reason is, he only appears on the lots with the Reduce & Recycle trait, but these are my junkyards where I want to use my trash, not get it stolen by an npc.

I extracted the DramaNodeTuning 0000000000039622 and saw that the manager appears on wednesdays only. So I set Days available: Wednesday from "True" to "False". Will that do the trick? Or is there a more elegant way to stop the waste manager from appearing?
