I had thought the issue was fixed after removing my cache files - but it later returned when my sim had her next kid. Rather than being an issue with mods or bad cache files, it seems to be linked to the ability to take family leave - even if you don't actually take the family leave, it disables the option to work from home (but not go into the office) until the family leave time frame ends.
what do you mean family leave, My sims will not get the notifcation please help
