Non-Curseforge Mod Updater Program Available?

Hello, I'm looking for a Mod Updater Program besides Curseforge, which does not even have what I want in a mod updater program, like keeping mods in the folders you put them in, or even checking and updating all mods in your mods folder, instead of only mods you install "with" curseforge. I've been having serious issues with my game, specifically now with my game simply not starting, it EA app closes then instead of my game opening the EA app starts up and you have to start over again with the same result, I know its a mod and some cc causing it. but I have more then 10,000 (more than likely much more, it's in the five digit range) mods in my folder and no means to do a fifty/fifty methed for the entire folder by hand, a mod updater program is vital for me. so any that still work, and or ones that were made after the curseforge apocalypse.

moderators please don't move this, programs other then curseforge is something that can help in my opinion, because I know that there are others like me with way to much custom content and no time or energy to do the 50/50 method, and curseforge is really lackluster in regard to mod updating (I mean really, you have to have the mod downloaded from the curseforge app to have it be updated, not by linking the app to the mod folder and having mods that are hosted on curseforge be updated instead, while also keeping mods in the folders they are already in).

  • As far as I'm aware, no updater programs are particularly recommended (speaking as a modder whose had headaches with these programs causing more problems than they solve) given that they're not wholly reliable.
