Non-deterministic behavior from the Left Of Center Hot Tub

@SimGuruM0dSquad, it's sort of unclear where we're supposed to post if we have found a bug with a game object so I'm posting about it here in the hopes that someone from the EA team will see my post....

The panel should be fixed in today's update (1.11.64), the panels only appear once the hot tub is upgraded.
