Sounds like you're not correctly accessing the world objects using bb.showliveeditobjects:
So, I forgot to mute it so ignore my friends talking in the background 😃 but as you can see in this video I did it exactly as You shown and i still don't have all the objects, for instance rocks that You picked yourself 😞

Move your Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.package file and the resource.cfg file then load the game and try again.
