[NOT Mod Related] Sims aren't able to ride their horses

I have read continuous reels about this current issue that's been going on for two weeks and I am hoping a developer can fix it. I have never once played a mod on my sims 4 and I am on a new pc. Today, August 4th, 2023, I have an issue with my sim mounting my horses when I downloaded the new expansion pack so I am hoping that this bug can be fixed. Every time I mount my horse, she is instantly teleported off and both my sim and horse are reset back into standing position. I have disabled mods and I have already restarted my game and then my computer, hoping that was the issue. I even put a resetsim command also hoping that would fix it. Unfortunately, this has not resolved, and I am very disappointed that I can't mount and teach my horse tricks since that is a HUGE part of this expansion pack. If anybody is willing to help me out with this situation, please let me know. This bug is NOT mod related as I have NEVER had a single thing downloaded on this pc except for the game and its expansion packs.
